Our Process

Marmon Renew takes a different approach to remanufacturing process. Once the equipment is received, our highly skilled technicians go through a 14 point inspection and triage process to determine the extent of damage. In some cases, it may be determined that the equipment is beyond remanufacturing and the client is notified. During the remanufacturing process, units are disassembled into their individual parts. Trained technicians then inspect each part for defects, damage, and cosmetic appearance. Upon passing inspection, the parts are staged and processed accordingly.

After 35 years of mastering our skills, our process is not only unique, but provides our customers with “Best in Class” remanufacturing services. We use an assembly line process that enables us to have multiple check points for inspection and ensures like-new results.
